Senior Software Quality Control Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Quality Control Engineer to lead testing activities for desktop, web and mobile applications. The role involves designing comprehensive test artefacts, executing manual and automated tests, and collaborating closely with developers to ensure high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Create test plans, scenarios and test cases based on business and functional requirements.
• Design and conduct test sessions, preparing necessary test data.
• Execute test cases across desktop, web and mobile platforms.
• Report and track defects using TFS, retest resolved issues and perform regression cycles.
• Carry out integration testing for systems with multiple modules.
• Validate back‑end data results using SQL queries.
• Convert manual test cases into automated scripts.
• Collaborate with development teams to discuss new features and bug solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Commerce or Business Administration.
• 3–6 years of experience testing software applications.
• Strong command of English.
• ISTQB or CSTE certification is a plus.

Required skills

• SQL for data validation.
• Experience with TFS for defect tracking.
• Knowledge of various testing techniques and test automation.
