Senior Solid Production Pharmacist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Solid Production Pharmacist to lead and execute daily manufacturing activities for solid dosage forms. Working under close supervision, you will ensure that all operations meet GMP standards and production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and perform daily production of solid dosage forms including granulation, compression, coating, and encapsulation.
• Guarantee compliance with GMP, company SOPs, and regulatory requirements throughout manufacturing.
• Monitor processes to achieve quality, yield, and efficiency goals.
• Accurately complete batch manufacturing records (BMRs) on schedule.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Oversee proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of production equipment.
• Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement projects.
• Train and guide production staff on SOPs and GMP practices.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a grade of Very Good or Excellent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in solid dosage form production or a similar pharmaceutical manufacturing role.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
