Senior Solutions & Success Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Solutions & Success Lead to own the end‑to‑end delivery of client relationships, from the first demo and proof‑of‑concept through configuration, training, adoption, incident handling, renewal and expansion. The role is hands‑on, requiring you to work directly in the product, configure it, train users, and build agentic AI workflows tailored to each client.

Key responsibilities

• Configure the application layer via the GUI to match client structures, workflows, permissions and business rules.
• Design and deliver role‑based training sessions on‑site at client premises.
• Develop and prompt agentic AI workflows for specific client use cases, escalating complex technical issues as needed.
• Lead POCs and demos that reflect the prospect’s real‑world scenarios, adding delivery credibility to presales.
• Own all client communications, resolve issues within scope, coordinate internal teams when required, and handle after‑hours escalations.
• Drive post‑go‑live adoption, prepare renewals 90 days in advance, identify expansion opportunities and feed product feedback to Product Management.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in enterprise software delivery, implementation consulting, technical account management or application support, preferably on‑site.
• Proven ability to hold substantive conversations with IT Directors or department heads.
• Experience delivering structured enterprise training and conducting POCs or demos.
• Strong self‑directed learning aptitude, especially in emerging AI workflow design.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English; ability to work on‑site in Cairo and travel across Egypt and the MENA region.

Required skills

• JSON literacy and basic scripting.
• Understanding of API concepts and ability to interpret integration documentation.
• Exposure to agentic AI, LLM workflow or prompt‑engineering.
• Familiarity with ECM/document‑management solutions such as IBM FileNet, OpenText or Documentum.
