Senior Store Keeper

About the role

The Senior Store Keeper will manage all material movements on a construction project site, ensuring assets are protected and transactions are fully documented in line with Innovo's policies and SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end receipt, storage, and issue of materials, equipment and assets, verifying deliveries against documents.
• Prepare and manage Store Receiving Vouchers (SRV) and Store Issuance Vouchers (SIV) with required approvals.
• Generate daily material reports, monitor stock levels, and trigger re‑orders based on consumption rates.
• Track material expiry dates and storage conditions, flagging any risks of waste or non‑compliance.
• Coordinate with site engineers to release materials promptly for ongoing activities.
• Maintain both manual and ERP filing systems to ensure data integrity for audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and logically laid out for easy access.
• Adhere strictly to Innovo’s HSE requirements and handle special assignments as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• 4‑6 years of store‑keeping experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials (civil, MEP, finishing) and proper storage practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP software, preferably SAP.
