Senior T24 Developer

About the role

Advansys is seeking a Senior T24 Developer to design, implement, and enhance core banking functionalities. The role involves translating user change requests into robust solutions, resolving production incidents, and collaborating with project teams to align technical designs with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features and enhancements for the T24 core banking platform based on logged user requests.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents to maintain system stability.
• Research alternative technical solutions and recommend the most efficient design within project constraints.
• Participate in infrastructure design reviews, identifying functional risks and communicating issues.
• Promote engineering best practices and provide consulting and coaching on system functionalities.
• Define system scope, conduct fact‑finding, and modify complex information systems as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between application teams and business units to develop new processes and applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2‑4 years of technical development management experience, including hands‑on IT practitioner work.
• Prior leadership experience in a technology environment.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills, both written and oral.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the T24 core banking platform.
