Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for both technical and non‑technical positions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct HR interviews and initial assessments of candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on needs, feedback and interview scheduling.
• Negotiate job offers and salary packages with selected candidates.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent and keep recruitment trackers up to date.
• Post and update vacancies on multiple recruitment platforms.
• Ensure hiring processes comply with company policies and timelines.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven experience conducting HR interviews and candidate evaluations.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
