Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Connectalents is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong agency experience and a proven track record in international hiring. You will work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles and clients, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain pipelines for niche, hard‑to‑fill, and executive positions.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and monitor team performance.
• Coach and support junior recruiters.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a recruitment agency.
• Hands‑on exposure to European and international hiring.
• Experience handling mid‑senior and executive level roles.
• Fluent English (C1 level or above), both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search).
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
