Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Town Team is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its fashion retail business. Based in Markaz Tanta, you will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver high‑quality talent across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategies.
• Maintain and enhance employer branding initiatives to position Town Team as an employer of choice.
• Post jobs, leverage multiple sourcing channels, and conduct structured interviews.
• Track recruitment metrics, ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.

Required profile

• Proven full‑life cycle recruiting experience across various seniority levels.
• Strong ability to conduct structured interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Experience in workforce planning and hiring strategy development.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; fashion retail experience a plus.
