Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Terra Solutions is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its call‑center and customer support operations. Based on‑site in 10th of Ramadan, you will shape talent strategies, enhance the employer brand, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while meeting the company’s hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Strengthen the employer brand through targeted employer‑branding initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the applicant tracking system and generate regular hiring reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting and employer‑branding implementation.
• Strong interview and candidate evaluation capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
