Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist manages complex recruitment assignments, builds strong client relationships, and delivers high‑quality candidates across multiple industries and international markets. The role also mentors junior recruiters and supports the talent acquisition team in achieving operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple clients, including sourcing, screening, competency‑based interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Build pipelines for niche, technical, executive and hard‑to‑fill roles while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate reporting to stakeholders and line managers.
• Work directly with clients to understand hiring needs, assess culture, draft job descriptions, and provide market insights.
• Achieve a client satisfaction rate above 95% and deliver candidate shortlists within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain active candidate databases, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and track progress through ATS systems.
• Mentor and support junior Talent Acquisition Specialists, share sourcing techniques, and assist managers in meeting team objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 2–3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in an agency or outsourcing environment.
• Proven track record recruiting mid‑level and senior‑level positions.
