Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for our construction and engineering projects in Saudi Arabia, operating from our Egypt back‑office. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified professionals while ensuring compliance with KSA labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for KSA projects and corporate functions, from job posting to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and workforce needs.
• Source candidates via databases, job boards, referrals, headhunting and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interview stages.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
• Generate recruitment metrics, reports and maintain applicant tracking records.
• Coordinate visa, documentation and onboarding for selected candidates.
• Support employer branding initiatives and build talent pools for hard‑to‑fill positions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 1–5 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 1–2 years recruiting for construction, engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Experience supporting GCC/KSA recruitment is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf and GulfTalent recruitment platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
