Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

FabMinds is seeking a highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment, onboarding and talent development as the company scales. The role combines strategic HR planning with hands‑on execution across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for all departments, defining job requirements, screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Organise performance review cycles and develop internal training programmes.
• Maintain HR documentation, ensure compliance with Egyptian labour law, and oversee attendance, leave, contracts and benefits.
• Support HR strategy, recommend and implement HR tools, and provide headcount and retention reports to management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a tech or fast‑growing startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
• Organised, self‑motivated and proactive.

Required skills

• Experience with HR systems such as Zoho People or BambooHR.
