Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Tech Mahindra Egypt is looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple functions. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience in a fast‑growing, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from requisition intake to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications, workforce plans, and interview schedules.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, social media, networking and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and track recruitment metrics such as Time‑to‑Fill and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Provide regular updates, market intelligence and hiring status reports to stakeholders.
• Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs and university recruitment programs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a technology or services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment data.
