About the role

Market Standard, a UK‑born real‑estate brokerage expanding in Egypt, is looking for a Senior Team Leader to join its office in Qesm El Zamalek. This full‑time, on‑site position will guide a team of professionals, align daily activities with the company’s strategic objectives, and ensure high‑quality project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day team operations and set clear performance targets.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Develop and implement long‑term strategic plans for the department.
• Allocate resources, monitor progress, and manage project risks.
• Report outcomes and key metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in team leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
• Strong background in project planning, resource coordination, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and decisive decision‑making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in the real‑estate industry is a significant advantage.
