Senior Technical Consultant CT & X-ray

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant specialized in CT and X‑ray medical imaging systems. The successful candidate will provide advanced technical support, lead complex troubleshooting, and drive maintenance strategies for high‑performance imaging equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical expert for complex CT and X‑ray system issues, performing root‑cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical problems to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Develop, improve, and recommend maintenance concepts and strategies for specialized medical imaging equipment.
• Define functional requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor contractor performance and enforce service quality through established processes and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and technical excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Significant professional experience servicing and supporting CT and X‑ray imaging systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with expertise in advanced troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Solid understanding of maintenance processes, quality standards, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
