Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for technical positions. The role combines strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and partnership with hiring managers to secure top‑tier talent for our technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process for technical roles, delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using social media, industry events, referrals and other channels.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and team dynamics.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, technical assessments and interview coordination.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through onboarding.
• Maintain and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data and recruitment databases.
• Build and nurture a network of technical professionals.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to improve talent assessment.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to refine hiring strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the technology or software industry.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring technical talent at various seniority levels.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior recruiters.
