Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead and manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for technical positions. In this role you will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract top technical talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using social media, industry events, referrals and other channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and team dynamics.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, technical assessments and interview coordination.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain and optimise Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data and recruitment databases.
• Analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the technology or software industry.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring technical talent at various seniority levels.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor junior recruiters.

Required skills

• Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
