Senior Tender Engineer – Marine Industry

About the role

International Marine Works is seeking an experienced Senior Tender Engineer to lead the preparation and submission of tender documents for marine projects. The role is based in Alexandria and involves close collaboration with business development and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations and tender submissions for marine, diving, ROV and rope‑access projects.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of quotation and tender status.
• Analyse business development performance and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships and register the company on vendor lists of target clients.
• Ensure the company portfolio (certifications, approvals, etc.) remains valid and current.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in tendering or related engineering roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Preferable experience in the marine industry.
• Strong command of English.
• Advanced leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Professional use of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ODOO (preferred).
