Senior Travel Consultant

About the role

Travitell Egypt is seeking a Senior Travel Consultant to join its dynamic team in Heliopolis. This full‑time, on‑site position involves managing complex travel itineraries for both corporate and individual clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transfers, tours, and related services.
• Advise clients on destinations, travel options, visa requirements, and provide accurate quotations.
• Issue, modify, and confirm reservations while maintaining precise documentation and payment records.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person, resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and support junior team members.
• Contribute to process improvements and help achieve sales and service targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Travel Consultant or similar role in a travel agency or tour operator.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, visa documentation, and destination expertise.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work on‑site in Heliopolis, collaborate with a team, and manage peak periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS and other reservation systems.
• Experience using travel software and online booking tools.
• Competence with standard office applications.
