Senior TRM SAP Consultant

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is seeking a Senior TRM/FICA SAP Consultant to join a leading partner in the Information Technology & Services sector. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP Tax Revenue Management (TRM) and Financial Accounting (FICA) modules for public‑sector clients, ensuring efficient financial processes and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end‑to‑end implementations of SAP TRM and FICA modules.
• Configure system settings to meet client‑specific requirements and public‑sector regulations.
• Develop and deploy financial process solutions, including tax revenue management best practices.
• Provide expert consulting, ongoing support, and maintenance for SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP TRM/FICA.
• Analyze existing financial processes and recommend improvements.
• Conduct training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for configurations and customizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, ensure knowledge transfer, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP Tax and Revenue Management.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on SAP FICA implementation experience.
• SAP FI certification and proven track record of successful SAP project deliveries.
• Strong understanding of public‑sector financial processes and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
