Senior Warehouse Specialist

About the role

The Senior Warehouse Specialist will lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, inventory movement, picking, packing and dispatch of goods. You will maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, safety and compliance while driving operational KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and execute all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory movement, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock and cycle counts, resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate with purchasing, inventory and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely product availability.
• Track warehouse productivity, ensuring operational targets and KPIs are met.
• Guide and support warehouse staff, enforcing company procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain organized storage according to company standards and keep documentation, reports and inventory records up‑to‑date.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety and hygiene regulations and report issues with corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, cosmetics or distribution environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
