SEO & Digital Marketing Expert (Remote, Contract)

About the role

This remote, part‑time contract position is for an SEO and Digital Marketing Subject Matter Expert who will evaluate and improve AI‑generated marketing outputs. You will provide detailed feedback, fact‑check content, and help train AI models to deliver accurate, brand‑aligned SEO strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality prompts and gold‑standard SEO/digital marketing outputs for AI training.
• Review AI‑generated content for search intent alignment, keyword strategy, on‑page and technical SEO, and compliance risks.
• Rate and compare multiple AI responses, offering clear written explanations and recommendations.
• Identify and correct weak logic, hallucinated facts, or risky marketing claims.
• Collaborate with the AI data services team to continuously improve model performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in SEO and/or digital marketing (in‑house, agency or consultancy).
• Strong command of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO concepts.
• Excellent analytical instincts with experience using GA4, Search Console and attribution tools.
• High attention to detail, reliable self‑direction and ability to work across time zones.
