SEO Growth Lead

About the role

Dot IT is expanding its SEO operations and is looking for an experienced SEO Growth Lead to drive organic growth strategies across multiple projects. The role suits someone who enjoys both strategy and execution in a fast-paced digital environment, and works closely with content, development and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee SEO strategies across multiple projects
• Conduct keyword research and develop SEO-driven content strategies
• Optimize website structure, internal linking, crawling and indexing
• Identify technical SEO issues and work with developers to fix them
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings and SEO KPIs
• Develop and run link-building strategies
• Work with content teams to apply SEO best practices
• Produce regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights
• Track competitors, industry trends and search engine algorithm updates

Required profile

• 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, including managing organic search campaigns
• Experience managing SEO projects with measurable growth results
• Agency experience is a must
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team

Required skills

• Technical SEO and website optimization
• Working knowledge of WordPress and HTML5 for SEO
• Tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Link-building campaign experience preferred
