Service Advisor – Automotive After‑Sales

About the role
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our After‑Sales team. You will be the primary liaison between customers and the service centre, ensuring a smooth, professional service experience for every vehicle.
Key responsibilities
- Receive customers, understand their vehicle needs and document concerns.
- Prepare accurate job cards, coordinate with technicians for diagnosis and repair.
- Explain required repairs, service recommendations and cost estimates to customers.
- Provide regular service updates, ensure timely vehicle delivery and handle inquiries or complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records and follow up post‑service to ensure satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or related field.
- 1–3 years experience as a Service Advisor or similar automotive after‑sales role.
- Very good English proficiency.
