Service Delivery Manager - Google Alliance Driver (Senior Manager)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Manager, Google Alliance Driver, based in Cairo. The role accelerates the growth and business impact of PwC's strategic alliance with Google, acting as a key liaison between PwC and Google stakeholders. It covers alliance strategy execution, pipeline growth, Go-to-Market initiatives, partner funding programs, executive engagement and operational governance, working with alliance leaders, sales, solution, marketing and client account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of the Google alliance strategy, annual business plan and long-term growth objectives.
• Build strong relationships with Google, PwC leadership, account teams and key stakeholders, and coordinate joint Go-to-Market initiatives and campaigns.
• Identify, develop and accelerate alliance-generated business opportunities, and partner with sales and consulting teams to position Google solutions in client pursuits.
• Facilitate joint pursuit planning and deal progression, and track pipeline, bookings, revenue influence and partner-sourced opportunities.
• Maintain alliance dashboards, scorecards, forecasts and executive reports, and run executive governance meetings, QBRs and steering committees.
• Manage partner funding programs, business development funds and their approvals and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns, events, webinars and thought leadership, and support sales plays, value propositions, case studies and success stories.
• Drive enablement programs, certifications and training, and track certification progress and adoption of Google technologies.
• Maintain playbooks, stakeholder maps, governance documentation and CRM records, and escalate risks and challenges.
• Monitor Google priorities and product developments, and support annual planning, budgeting and investment planning.

Required profile

• 7+ years in alliance management, business development, partner ecosystems or strategic partnerships.
• Experience with Google Cloud, Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce or similar ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with pipeline reporting, governance and performance management.
• Commercial mindset with technology consulting or cloud transformation exposure.
