Service Delivery Program Manager – Scheduling & Time Attendance

At Amazon we strive to be the most customer‑centric company on earth. The Service Delivery organization is seeking a senior product manager to lead scheduling and time‑and‑attendance programs, empowering associates with modern tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end partnership between Network Solutions and PXT Tech for Service Delivery.
• Define and execute the scheduling and time‑and‑attendance strategy and associate empowerment charter.
• Lead strategic planning, set goals, prioritize initiatives and allocate resources across the organization.
• Write product requirements (PRFAQs, vision docs, BRDs, user stories) based on associate needs.
• Collaborate with technology teams to shape roadmaps, operational plans and feature delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of cross‑functional project and program management experience.
• Proven experience defining program requirements and using data‑driven metrics for improvement.
• Background as a product manager or owner delivering end‑to‑end solutions.
• Experience communicating results and influencing senior leadership.
