Service Director – Regional Operations

About the role

The Service Director II will lead service operations for a defined geographic region within the EMIP countries (Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, or Pakistan). Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the role combines client relationship management, financial oversight, and workforce coordination to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workflow and quality of work performed by Service Managers.
• Oversee sales, inventory analysis, accounts receivable, invoice review and achieve operating‑plan targets.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to meet business objectives.
• Negotiate service agreements with clients in line with the DOA.
• Partner with Resource Managers to optimize workforce utilization.
• Maintain continuous client contact to assess long‑term staffing needs.
• Contribute to strategic planning and drive escalation resolution of operational issues.
• Develop internal and external strategic partnerships.
• Provide direction and leadership to ensure a unified vision across projects.
• Assess company strengths and weaknesses to identify growth opportunities and lead the service line to exceed sales, margin, and quality targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing service operations or field services in a multi‑country environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and lead field personnel.
• Strong financial acumen with experience meeting sales and margin goals.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to set and achieve productivity metrics.
• Willingness to work in the EMIP region.
