Service Engineer – Aftermarket Technical Support

About the role

The Service Engineer will deliver high‑quality aftermarket services for precision flow meters, multiphase flow meters, gas and liquid analyzers, and custody transfer metering systems across Egypt. The role focuses on start‑up, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support to ensure reliable customer operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform start‑up, commissioning, fault analysis, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of measurement and analyzer systems.
• Provide advanced technical support and on‑site training to customers.
• Conduct site surveys, walk‑downs and installed‑base assessments to identify upgrade and service opportunities.
• Execute field modifications and upgrades independently or with project leadership.
• Plan and manage Long‑Term Service Agreements (LTSA) and Annual Maintenance Contracts.
• Build strong customer relationships and monitor service performance metrics.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Engineering qualification (instrumentation, electronics, electrical, mechanical) or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands‑on field service, commissioning or maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work independently on‑site while collaborating with remote and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and ethical work practices.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
