ServiceNow Specialist

About the role

The ServiceNow Specialist will join KPMG Middle East’s technology team to design, configure and enhance the ServiceNow platform. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will ensure solutions meet KPMG standards and support the firm’s digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows and modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, SPM).
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, including forms, service catalogs, reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot issues, monitor system performance and ensure platform stability.
• Participate in testing, deployment and documentation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• ServiceNow CSA certification (required) with 3–5 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform administration and customization.
• JavaScript programming for ServiceNow applications.
• ServiceNow workflow and Flow Designer expertise.
• Integration design and basic integration techniques.
• Experience with ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM and SPM modules.
