Services Planner

About the role

The Services Planner will coordinate the execution of service contracts, ensuring that field technicians, third‑party contractors and authorized partners are scheduled efficiently across Gulf time zones. This role supports internal project timelines, guarantees parts availability, and maintains high data quality in Schneider’s service management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and schedule service contract execution and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate field service technicians, third‑party contractors and authorized service partners.
• Ensure necessary parts are on‑site for each visit and monitor intervention execution.
• Prioritize backlog work orders based on customer type, SLA and resource availability.
• Assign work orders for the next three months, balancing customer needs, material delivery and FSR availability.
• Optimize scheduling to improve profitability and resource utilization.
• Maintain work order data quality, including billable information and planner deviations.
• Complete time entries, deviations and site intervention reports for external technicians.
• Participate in regular Field Services Execution team meetings to develop improvement plans.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• 0‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, planning and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and across multiple time zones.
• Previous experience in service planning or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with service management software and tools (e.g., bridge Field Services or similar systems).
