Site Engineer – Fit‑out & Interior Construction

About the role

Levels Studio is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join our on‑site team in New Cairo. You will oversee fit‑out and interior construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily fit‑out activities on‑site and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Verify that work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, prepare regular site reports, and conduct inspections to enforce health and safety regulations.
• Assist with material planning, procurement coordination, and resource management.
• Review shop drawings and collaborate with the design team when required.
• Support timely project delivery by meeting deadlines and milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fit‑out, interior design, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, construction materials, and detail work.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
