Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Site Engineer to manage daily construction activities on‑site. You will ensure that all work aligns with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations and the agreed schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and construction works.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks and resolve technical issues on‑site.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Validate quantities and support project documentation.
• Organise material delivery and manage site resources.
• Participate in site meetings and provide technical support to the project team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and site management.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
