Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Site Engineer to lead architectural projects from concept through completion. The role involves planning, coordinating and delivering projects while ensuring they meet design quality, technical standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets in collaboration with the Director of Projects.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from kickoff to hand‑over, coordinating architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
• Monitor progress, risks and timelines, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure design intent, quality standards and technical requirements are consistently met.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and contractors, handling communication and coordination.
• Review drawings, submissions and project documentation for accuracy.
• Track costs, variations and overall project performance.
• Guarantee compliance with local codes, regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare regular progress and status reports.
• Validate contract documentation to authorize payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in architectural project management, preferably on mid‑to‑large scale projects.
• Strong understanding of design and construction processes.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Proficiency with architectural software.
