About the role
Foto Express Egypt is looking for a Social Media Generalist to manage and grow its online communities across multiple platforms. The role involves moderating discussions, creating engaging captions, and coordinating collaborations that reinforce the brand’s presence in the professional imaging market.
Key responsibilities
- Moderate community interactions on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant pages and groups.
- Respond promptly to price quotations and customer inquiries.
- Produce regular reports on moderation metrics, comments, complaints and overall performance.
- Provide insights from community activity to the Social Media team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to anticipate issues.
- Publish daily content that fosters meaningful connections and drives action.
- Identify and engage artists for feature collaborations.
- Write captions and manage scheduling to ensure timely publication.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
