Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

CNTXT AI is seeking a creative and highly organized Social Media Manager & Content Creator to build and grow a personal brand across major social platforms. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end production of engaging short‑form and long‑form content, ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Film and edit short‑form videos, reels, TikToks, stories and YouTube videos that capture day‑to‑day lifestyle, business events, behind‑the‑scenes moments and personal brand highlights.
• Maintain content calendars, posting schedules and brand guidelines for tone, visual identity and messaging.
• Monitor trends, audience engagement and platform updates; manage captions, hashtags and publishing workflows.
• Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and Canva, adding subtitles, transitions and graphics.
• Track performance metrics, optimize content for reach, engagement and audience growth, and identify new opportunities.
• Attend shoots, meetings, events and occasional travel; brainstorm fresh ideas and stay current with viral formats and creator‑economy trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing or growing social media pages or personal brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality social media content across multiple platforms.
• Ability to work independently, meet fast turnaround times and handle both creative and operational tasks.
