Social Media Manager

About the role

Avantic Pharmaceuticals is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence in New Cairo. You will create and publish engaging content across key platforms, build brand awareness, and foster community interaction while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain and update the social media content calendar in both Arabic and English.
• Monitor conversations, respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing, medical, and sales objectives.
• Track performance metrics, analyze audience insights, and optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage social media advertising spend and evaluate ad performance.
• Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Proven ability to create and manage bilingual (Arabic & English) content calendars.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
