Social Media Manager – Remote

About the role

Founders Arm is looking for a creative Social Media Manager to own and grow its content engine across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other growth funnels. This remote, full‑time position is ideal for sharp communicators who can generate ideas, write conversion‑focused copy, and thrive in a high‑output environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content ideas and angles for LinkedIn that build authority and drive inbound interest.
• Manage Facebook and other social funnels end‑to‑end, including posting, engagement, and optimization.
• Write clear, punchy copy for posts, captions, and campaigns.
• Transform company wins, data, and stories into high‑performing content.
• Track performance across channels and double down on successful tactics.
• Collaborate with the founder and team to keep messaging consistent and on‑brand.
• Stay on top of platform trends and proactively introduce new ideas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive, scroll‑stopping copy.
• Creative idea generator capable of filling a content calendar independently.
• Fast learner who quickly picks up new tools, brands, and angles.
• Excellent written English with a feel for tone and audience.
• Self‑directed, organized, and comfortable owning outcomes.
• Willingness to commit for 12–24 months.
