Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will join New Egypt Gold’s marketing team in Qesm El Obour to shape and amplify the brand’s online presence. You will create compelling content that showcases the company’s high‑end gold jewelry collections, craftsmanship, and industry leadership across major social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging posts, stories, and videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Schedule posts, monitor community interactions, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Support broader digital marketing campaigns by providing social assets and coordinating timing.
• Track performance metrics, generate analytics reports, and optimise content to improve reach, engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with design, sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotion of products, events and brand initiatives.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience managing brand presence on major social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, audience targeting and basic analytics.
• Excellent written communication in English and preferably Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
