Social Media Moderation Manager

About the role

The Social Media Moderation Manager will work on‑site in Maadi, overseeing the safety and quality of all user interactions on 4Level1’s social channels. This full‑time position ensures a respectful, brand‑aligned community while supporting the marketing and content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate comments, messages, and user posts across all social platforms.
• Respond to inquiries promptly, escalating sensitive cases when needed.
• Enforce community guidelines and maintain a professional, supportive tone.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on planning, scheduling, and audience sentiment analysis.
• Generate regular moderation reports and suggest policy or workflow improvements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address recurring issues or risks.

Required profile

• Strong social media and community management experience, preferably in moderation or customer support.
• Excellent written communication with the ability to respond empathetically and consistently.
• Experience contributing to content strategy, FAQs, and standardized responses.
• Familiarity with major social platforms, moderation tools, and basic analytics dashboards.
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion handling sensitive content.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to juggle multiple conversations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Linguistics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
