Software Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Software Delivery Manager to join our Alexandria office. The role will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor software delivery projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, deliverables and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including developers, consultants and business units.
• Implement program‑management best practices and use project‑management tools to track progress.
• Communicate status, risks and issues regularly to senior management and clients.
• Foster a collaborative environment that drives efficiency and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Resident of Alexandria or willing to relocate.
• Strong program and project management experience, preferably in a consulting or cross‑functional setting.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
