Software Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Software Delivery Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of software projects for our healthcare network. Based in Alexandria, Egypt, you will ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor the full lifecycle of software projects, from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to achieve project milestones.
• Track project performance, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring value delivery.
• Foster collaboration between technical and non‑technical teams to align solutions with client needs.

Required profile

• Resident of Alexandria or willing to relocate.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess project challenges and devise solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with .NET architecture, design patterns and microservices.
• Proven program‑management experience delivering software projects.
• Effective team‑leadership and resource‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Background in consulting to understand and tailor client requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in healthcare or software industries is a plus.
