Software Developer / Engineer – R&D Enterprise Solutions

About the role

IONO TECH is expanding its R&D division and seeks a skilled Software Developer / Engineer to design and build enterprise‑grade systems, security platforms, and smart solutions. You will work on scalable, high‑availability applications that integrate with IoT, AI, and video analytics technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise software solutions using Java, C#, Spring Boot, and .NET technologies.
• Build and maintain scalable, secure micro‑services and REST APIs.
• Participate in system architecture planning and technical design documentation.
• Research and prototype new technologies, including AI integration and smart‑city components.
• Integrate third‑party devices, CCTV/security systems, and IoT platforms.
• Troubleshoot, optimise performance, and ensure production‑ready releases.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional technical and engineering teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands‑on background in enterprise applications and scalable systems.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for research and innovation.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Java, C#, SQL.
• Backend frameworks: Spring Boot.NET Framework.NET Core.
• API design: REST APIs, Microservices Architecture.
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL; database design, optimisation and query tuning.
• System architecture: multi‑tier, high‑availability, scalable enterprise solutions.
• Additional knowledge: React, Linux, Docker, virtualization, AI integration concepts, CCTV/security systems integration, access control, IoT, smart systems, networking fundamentals.
