Software Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure

About the role

Archer is expanding its SaaS Product Operations team to help enterprises meet rapidly evolving regulatory requirements. As a Software Engineer you will design, build, and support cloud infrastructure that powers critical GRC solutions for customers in energy, finance, pharma, and public sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with Datadog.
• Automate operational tasks and create self‑service tooling to boost developer productivity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to onboard new services onto Cloud Engineering platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues and contribute to SRE practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and managing AWS EKS clusters.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog.
• Solid scripting skills in Bash or Python and experience with Agile methodologies.
