Software Engineer - Frontend (React JS)

About the role

The Software Engineer – Frontend (React JS) will design and build scalable, high‑quality front‑end components for Floward’s web applications. You will work closely with product designers and cross‑functional teams to deliver user‑friendly experiences across the product pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product designers to translate designs into functional front‑end implementations.
• Develop reusable, efficient React.js components and UI libraries.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and SOLID principles.
• Implement unit, functional and automated tests to ensure code quality.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability and stability.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in design and code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
• Work with product and design teams to understand user requirements and deliver solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of front‑end web development experience.
• Proven experience building single‑page applications with React.js.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with state‑management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Familiarity with relational and non‑relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of SOLID programming principles and RESTful API integration.
• Experience optimizing front‑end performance and working in Agile environments.
