Software Engineer - Full Stack

Sumerge is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer to design and deliver cloud‑native solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive digital transformation. Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient cloud‑native platforms and applications.
• Implement full‑stack architectures integrating frontend frameworks with backend services.
• Promote Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in system analysis, design, project estimation, and planning.
• Conduct customer training on software solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Mentor and train new team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in coding, system design, and cloud‑native development.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present complex solutions clearly.
• Natural leadership qualities, fostering collaboration and driving projects to completion.

Required skills

• Java programming language.
• Spring Framework or Quarkus.
• Angular and React front‑end frameworks.
• Kafka (preferred).
• SQL and NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB.
• Performance tuning and schema design.
• CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
• Experience with microservices and cloud‑native platforms.
