Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a generalist Software Engineer to join our small, distributed team. You will work across the stack, building infrastructure for our WhatsApp Business API offering, re‑architecting internal messaging pipelines, shipping public APIs & webhooks, and enhancing our GraphQL layer while also contributing to the frontend using Vue, TypeScript, and Tailwind.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, REST and GraphQL.
• Implement frontend features using Vue.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Build and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS, including Docker and ECS.
• Write automated tests and ensure code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

• Clear written communication in English and openness to feedback.
• Enjoys working in a small team with direct ownership.
