About the role
We are looking for a Software Radar Engineer who will take ownership of radar‑related software projects, working autonomously and delivering high‑quality code. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and maintain radar software components following best practices.
- Lead technical discussions and guide a small team through complex development tasks.
- Proactively identify client needs, propose innovative solutions and adapt to project challenges.
- Manage project costs and ensure profitability of the assigned work area.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Required profile
- Fully competent in software engineering with a deep understanding of programming concepts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and capacity to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication and motivational abilities.
Required skills
- Software design and development principles.
- Experience with radar or signal‑processing software.
