Sourcing Manager

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving human health and well-being, is looking for a Sourcing Manager in Giza. The role contributes to the company's mission by attracting top talent and managing its supply chain, working across R&D, Quality, Production and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate and select reliable suppliers based on quality, cost and delivery performance.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier agreements to optimise terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with company requirements.
• Lead risk management initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Analyse market trends and supplier capabilities to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present sourcing performance and cost-saving reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sourcing and vendor development.
• Strong experience in raw materials and packaging sourcing.
• Fluency in English.

• Strong negotiation, supplier management and contract development skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and supplier performance for strategic sourcing decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
