Sourcing Specialist

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving health and well-being, is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join its Operations Business Division in Giza. The role covers supplier identification, contract negotiation and sourcing strategy within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet the company's sourcing requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Production and Quality Assurance on specifications and compliance.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimise the procurement strategy.
• Develop and maintain sourcing strategies that give the company a competitive advantage.
• Prepare and present sourcing reports and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform sourcing decisions.
• Excellent English, communication and interpersonal skills.
