Spa Attendant

About the role

The Spa Attendant provides a warm and professional welcome to spa guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and well‑informed throughout their visit. This full‑time, onsite role supports the smooth operation of the spa by maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests, and handling administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
• Offer amenities such as water, juice, and heated neck pillows.
• Answer questions about property information and escort guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Monitor the computer schedule for updates and changes throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms, and lounge areas.
• Dispose of trash and dirty linens properly and secure supplies at shift end.
• Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in designated areas.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the manager and complete safety training.
• Follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect company assets.
• Anticipate guest needs, express genuine appreciation, and communicate clearly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift or carry objects up to 10 lb and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
